No Returns or Exchanges Policy

At Kre8tive Edge, we take great pride in providing high-quality, custom products. As all items are made to order, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

Order Confirmation:

Please ensure that your order details (size, design, color, etc.) are correct before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, feel free to contact us at marz@kre8tiveedge.com before placing it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at marz@kre8tiveedge.com so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will work with you to provide a solution, including sending a replacement or issuing a store credit if applicable.

Exceptions:

  • Custom Products: Personalized or special-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale Items and Gift Cards: These are also non-returnable.
