  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional cost, and typically takes 2 to 3 business days for delivery after processing.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we are only shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delays and Issues

While we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, shipping delays can sometimes occur that are beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Items

Kre8tive Edge is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photos of the damage. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
